Moving your cases into CertOpz is a project we run with you. Here is how it works.

What to prepare

  • Your customer list with contact people
  • Open cases with their current stage
  • Issued certificates with expiry dates
  • The services you offer and the documents each one needs

What we import

Customers, contacts, open cases, document files and certificate expiry dates. Your service catalogue, authorities and checklists are set up in Masters first, so every imported case lands on the right workflow.

How we check it

After import we reconcile counts and samples with you — customers, open cases by stage, certificates due in the next 90 days — before you switch over.
